We're now looking for a meticulous and proactive bookkeeper to help keep our financial engine running smoothly.

About the Role

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll take full ownership of our financial systems—ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, is highly organized, and knows how to keep digital books clean, consistent, and insightful.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to support financial clarity and help drive smart, informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

QuickBooks & Reporting

Own and manage day-to-day financial operations in QuickBooks Online
Maintain accurate records across all accounts and transactions
Prepare monthly reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

Reconciliation & Analysis

Reconcile bank and credit card transactions, Shopify & Amazon payouts, ad spend, affiliate payouts, inventory, and vendor payments
Flag discrepancies and bring them to leadership’s attention quickly

Tax Support & Compliance

Manage sales tax and payroll tax documentation
Work with tools like Gusto and Numeral to ensure compliance
Keep clean, audit-ready documentation at all times

Communication & Collaboration

Provide monthly financial summaries and collaborate directly with our leadership team
Proactively communicate updates, issues, or opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in eCommerce
Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Experience working with Shopify and Amazon transactions
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and reconciliations
Confident managing tax-related documentation (sales tax, payroll tax)
Exceptionally detail-oriented, responsive, and organized
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment
No micromanagement—just accountability and ownership

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
